Here’s what shandrew had to say about this property:
Check out the clouds over this house in PRIME Sunnyvale!
Compare photos 1 (above) and 22 (below), and you’ll see miraculous clouds that are precisely identical whether viewed straight on from the front of the house or viewed
to the side of the backyard.
Then take a careful look at some of the trees which apparently have
been consumed by these vicious clone army of clouds.
Clouds which consume trees are apparently good for property values.
We think those clouds look like a flock of pterodactyls, which is why the trees were eaten so quickly (between picture 21 and 22). These leaves haven’t even had time to fall down after the ptero-cirrus swooped down and chowed on the branches.
Yet the same clouds show up in the
time it took the agent to install a for sale sign. Compare this picture of the front of the house with the first one.
There’s only one good explanation for this.
Pterodactyls helped install the sign.

great. for all those born-agains who think dinosaurs roamed the earth with people a few thousand years ago, now there’s *proof*.
if you buy this house, can your kids claim “a dinosaur ate my homework*?

“Yet the same clouds show up in the time it took the agent to install a for sale sign.”
Huh? The sign was there for both photos, or the agent went to great lengths to make it appear so.

Taxes in 2010: $965. Is this an all-time low for us?
This thing ought to be pending in another couple of days. It’s had 80 views on Redfin and 69 people marked it as a “favorite.” Mountain View’s hotness is spilling over.

LOL, you doubt the photoshop wunderkind could add a shadow? (Yeah, I don’t think so either.)

[boilerplate Burbed hating]
Those aren’t clouds, they’re car exhaust from the six lanes of vehicle traffic just over the fence in the back yard on Fremont Ave.

You’re right! Check out the bunus air freshening you’ll get in the back yard!

Prop 13 keeps your taxes low while your backyard oasis is paved over.

Thing is, this is a particularly unpleasant configuration. Yorktown brings traffic into the neighborhood behind the shopping center (on Fremont & Mary) so you’re going to be hearing vehicle noise front and back. Mostly back. Most tract homes are set up with an over-the-backyard-fence neighbor which buffers some of the traffic noise from another street. This is more like having a corner house with traffic on two sides.

Think of the money you could make farming pterodactyl guano! THINK OF THE SULFATES! This property is a cash cow….patty!

Burbed algebra:
Professional Staging + low tax assessment = somebody flopped dead in this house. It’s not a flipper, it’s a flopper.

PENDING! Pterodactyls win again!
