MLS#: 81234420Extraordinary opportunity right off of Los Gatos Blvd. One of the last homes on this street with renovation/complete redo potential. Majority of land is behind the existing structure. Old “barn” (one maybe two car garage), wishing well, bbq pit and extra dry storage.
Here’s what nomadic had tied to the rock that broke our window:
Tear down for $900k, listing by California Dreaming Real Estate and property is complete with a wishing well. Yet somehow the listing price just isn’t outrageous enough.
That’s why it went pending! Massive overbidding brought the selling right price back up where it needs to be! Good luck finding the house, though. But with fun neighbors like these across the street, once you do maybe they’ll help you decorate.
Bunus: House is assessed for $140K, which means vintage everything inside! Too bad only the buyer got to see how vintage.

Last week we had “rare” storage, and now “extra dry” storage. Can I store gunpowder there?

if a house looks like that in front, i don’t want to know what was happening back in the bbq pit.
looks like the buyer will have fun little scamps living across the street. if you think any part of being near a teenager is fun, that is. they sure do park’em good over yonder.

Speaking of teenagers, a TON of older people are selling in my neighborhood (walking distance to the only good grade school in Redwood City) and it is filling up with people buying the kindergarten. In 10-12 years time, this street is going to be hell on earth. Hormone filled hell on earth. There are at least 20 kids between 1 and 4 just in our little 3 block area.

I love this home. I love that there are still some of these gems in the bustling bay area. How do I find out more about pricing?
Gosh, Charlie, why are you asking us? It’s not like we’d know how to read a listing.
P.S. That link to your URL you tried to sneak by us? I love that there are still some of these spams in the bustling bay area. –ed.

Well it is the night before Halloween, so maybe that is why Google put the tp on the trees in the picture.
