Lovingly kept & lived by current owner for a long time. Per county record it is 3BR/1BA; however, 3rd BR has no closet. Walking distance to BART/CalTrain/Elem School. Easy access to HWY 101 for commuting to SF, E. Bay and So. Bay. Regular Sale (Not a Short Sale or REO). Open House 11/18(Sun 1-4 pm) & 11/25(Sun 1-4 pm). Offers, if any, due by 11/25,3 pm. Information believe to be accurate but not verified.

121123-3rd-kitchenWe’re already doing better than yesterday’s cheapest property in Santa Clara County, because the first find is an actual, detached house.  It’s also eligible for the “cozy” tag, but you can’t have everything, can you? Come on, this is vintage pre-war, and it looks like it’s still in vintage condition! Plus that awesome “No, no, no, this isn’t a distressed sale, really!” plaint in the listing copy.

You want a house? You now have zero excuses. Plus, just like yesterday’s third house, easy access to both 101 and the airport!

This house is the deal of the century! (Information believe to be accurate but not verified.)

I hope this post was done when you were on your way to bed after a night of decadent pleasure. 5 AM?

    Here is the Redfin link.

Offers, if any, due by 11/25,3 pm” – Right, impose a deadline but know that it is unlikely to have any effect.

$388,880… Where did the final 8 go?

#1, go to the front page and read the posting time of all the articles. Page back a few dozen, or maybe a few hundred, just to be sure it isn’t a coincidence. Yesterday was published early due to Black Friday, and Thanksgiving was published late, so start with Wednesday.

#2, PG, I added the “8s in price” tag. Thanks for catching it.

  4. SEA Says:

    “Decadent pleasure” every night!

  5. nomadic Says:

    It’s getting creepy in here.

  6. very amused Says:

Also close to 380. Double your pleasure.

Just install quad pane sound barrier windows, insulate the walls with that acoustical foam, plug all holes, and you’ll be good to go in your new abode. instead of living near a freeway and airport, it’ll feel like you are in the country. Just never ever open your windows, and you’ll be fine.

Sorry, this one went to moderation. Just found it. Enjoy. –ed.
