  1. SEA Says:

This place is a money maker:
    Purchase for $538k.
Sell 10 months later for $157k more.

At this Black Friday price, how could one go wrong?

  2. Tom Paine Says:

Just looking at this place makes me feel sophisticated.

  3. madhaus Says:

Check out the overhead views. This house has next to no back yard; the available part of the lot is the triangle fronting onto Harkness.

  4. dollarbin Says:

I guess whoever paid $695K in ’06 failed to fully gentrify the neighborhood.

  5. SEA Says:

That ’06 buyer is still living there. Certainly he did not want to be a ‘rentard,’ even if the lender takes a larger loss than renting. He’d better get the deal done this year if he wants to be included in the Mortgage Debt Relief Act of 2007. Time is running out…

  6. Metalhead Says:

Vis Valley location – a tough area.
