If I had that lot? I’d complain about my future neighbors – especially the one in 74 who will have to pay half what I did to get into my exclusive neighborhood. Almost as Bad as Renting!

I bet it would have sold by now if it was called Tardis Court instead. Well, that and all of the hedging by the Redfin agent. HUGE lot nestled in a great location. The main house has character and charm, but needs work. Updates are needed as well as much landscaping work, but there seems to be lots of potential in this property.

I’m sure this is aimed at a developer with the idea of putting 2-3 mcmansions up on this thing. Heck, maybe 4!
