Another opportunity for a pivot!
963 S WOLFE Rd
Sunnyvale, CA 94086
$1,850,000
These days, pivoting is all the rage. Turns out your social mobile local big data gamification start up isn’t working? Pivot to social mobile local big data gamification for enterprise!
And now it’s time for this house to pivot as well. It’s time to pivot from the beautiful house pictured above, to a set of 6 town homes that are 1570 square feet each. That’s right – it’s a pivot to enterprise!
But it’s not too late. You can still keep this house going. Look at the old world charm. Look at the decorations! Look at the amazing construction!
$1.85M is really chump change. What would you do with this house? Keep its original mission? Or pivot?

It’s always nice to read a blog entry by burbed.
That hag madhouse is just too bitter for my blood.
This nice message in the true Bay Area spirit went to the spam queue, but fortunately that bitter hag madhouse found it crushed next to the 19 snowblower links. –ed.

Holy crap, all of the neighboring lots have already succumbed to, um, densification.
The pile of
craptoys in the front looks like a CHO (chick hanging out) at first glance.December 11th, 2012 at 10:29 am
#1, burbed wrote yesterday’s entry as well. You should get out more.

#3, I do. That’s why I don’t spend much time reading this blog.

#4, that’s terrific, because I spend even less time writing it.

Don’t mind #4, #5. He’s always had all the charm of a hormonal teenage boy.

Somebody should buy this and build the house from Up on the lot.

but it’s such a charming cottage, clearly loved & tended for so gently. why raze it for condos?
looks like the slumlord has been trying to sell this gem for the past 5 1/2 yrs. lots of delistings. let’s assume the overbidding didn’t happen. until now.
#1 ‘bitter’ is like manna; i just can’t get enough.
#2 i agree; i kept staring at it trying to figure out if it was human.

Flood zone! Set development density to maximum liability!

Pivot! The seller was too modest to mention that this site is directly north of the new Apple campus and thus will have a fairly convenient commute there.

#10, looks like it’s about 1.5 miles (eyeballing it). But that easy route means you won’t get out of the driveway during commute hours. Plan on that pivot including the cost of installing yet another traffic light, plus all associated permits, plans, infrastructure and bribes.
Wolfe isn’t generous with left-turn lanes, which clogs things up away from the major intersections.
