Sh*t realtors say is so funny..best thing I heard was while touring a rather beaten down shack, we went into a bathroom that has a gaping hole in the floor, and the realtor says ” This is so great for ventilation.”

The worst to me is when they show you houses $100k above your price range and its a crapshack with *none-* of your must haves. As my husband recently pointed out, we have fired many more agents then hired….thanks for some pre-Christmas humor!
