How hot is the Peninsula housing market? It is so hot that this fine property, despite the unincluded Chandlier, went pending on New Year’s Day. And that forced us to use Trulia instead of Redfin.
It is so hot that the agent responsible for this listing didn’t even bother taking an actual photo of the house and just slammed in a Streetview shot (trash bins included!). Here’s proof at left if you don’t believe me, unless the one original owners have a very interesting outdoor light fixture.

2013 will be the same or worse than 2012. I can’t even get realtards to return my emails/calls. There is virtually no inventory on MLS, but tons of foreclosed homes sitting empty, rotting.

more room than you can imagine. ??? it’s <1500 sq ft. i can imagine so much more.
unless realtor patrick is referring to the non-conforming room being the vortex to hell. that is a bit hard to imagine, but i'll try.

Seriously, how tough is it to take even some marginal interior pictures? I should take up a second job as a real estate photographer using my phone. Take some pictures of toilets, catch myself in a few reflections, then add on some instagram filters and presto, I’ll make the front page of burbed.
