One original owners in Belmont

And happy new year to all our Burbed readers!  Let’s get right back to housing win, shall we?  We shall.  Today’s fine featured facade was nominated by Burbed reader Michael Boltonestater.

One original owners–built 1948—-more room than you could imagine–Third bedroom may non-conforming—-nice redwood tree in the back plus lot’s nice vegitation.Chandlier in bedroom is not included.

How hot is the Peninsula housing market?  It is so hot that this fine property, despite the unincluded Chandlier, went pending on New Year’s Day.  And that forced us to use Trulia instead of Redfin.

130101-north-pushpinIt is so hot that the agent responsible for this listing didn’t even bother taking an actual photo of the house and just slammed in a Streetview shot (trash bins included!).  Here’s proof at left if you don’t believe me, unless the one original owners have a very interesting outdoor light fixture.

And this market is so hot that a home could be described as “more room than you could imagine” and then force you to imagine it.  That’s right, no inside pix!

It is so hot that not even the lovely view from the front yard could distract all the overbidders.

Yes, this market is so hot, this place went pending in 18 days.  2013 had better be the year you resolve to not get PRICED OUT FOREVER!!!!!!!!

2013 will be the same or worse than 2012. I can’t even get realtards to return my emails/calls. There is virtually no inventory on MLS, but tons of foreclosed homes sitting empty, rotting.

Can’t you see, “Now is the right time to buy.”

I love how Trulia says: This property may be overassessed. It’s assessed for $88,773.

more room than you can imagine. ??? it’s <1500 sq ft. i can imagine so much more.

unless realtor patrick is referring to the non-conforming room being the vortex to hell. that is a bit hard to imagine, but i'll try.

Well, somebody has to say it so it might as well be me…if you buy this place, you’re gonna have to get yourself your own Chandeliers!

Seriously, how tough is it to take even some marginal interior pictures? I should take up a second job as a real estate photographer using my phone. Take some pictures of toilets, catch myself in a few reflections, then add on some instagram filters and presto, I’ll make the front page of burbed.

It’s back on the market, baby!
