Here’s Ms. Snoopy’s nominating speech for this front-page folly:
According to the agent, this one “NEEDS a lot of TLC.” I guess “TLC” in realtard speak now means drywall, doors, and ceilings. But the agent is right that you will get “lots of natural light” due to the fact that there are no walls.
Love your site!
No walls? That means plenty of fresh air as well! Plus fresh water.

And plenty of nature, both animal and plant kingdoms, free to surprise you day or night.

Would you look at those VIEWS!!!!!

“Special Information: Potential Short Sale” really, who’d have thunk?!?
crazy price history over the past several years. some folks misunderstand the concept of doubling every few years.

Oh yeah, previously foreclosed (Jul-08) for $867k, then again (Jan-10) for $974k and purchased Jan-11 for $425k. There’s no recorded sale between the two foreclosures, so I don’t know what that’s about. The last “normal” sale was in Feb-07 for $998k. It had a bubblicious ride from $470k just four years before that!

Gotta love how the demo work helped with all of the natural light!

More proof of how Special we are – $500K doesn’t even get you a crack house anymore…it gets you a crack house without walls. I like how the listing above has it as a 4/3 – at what point do you have to adjust that to match the non-room status of the building?

Sorry – mistype, meant $400K

The street view shows the proposed development and a drawing of the future house. In one shot Google even felt the need to blur the drawing. House porn?
