Quintessential Real Estate Photography in Cambrian is ADORABLE
Like photos? So do we! And this pimped-out property has powerful pix! Thanks very much to Burbed reader Tracy Tea House for finding us this Cambrian casa. It may not have “Honey, stop the car!” curb appeal or “Can I hire your decorator” staging, but for all we know this listing was photographed by Herb Ritts.

bunus – power lines. many, many power lines in the backyard. enough to hang everyone’s wet laundry.
painting the kitchen over & over instead of updating, does not make it ADORABLE.

As the kids are playing on the outdoor structure, be sure to have them vault off of the AC unit!

Looks like a cheaply done flip, without the flip.

What do all the *asterisks* in the copy refer to below? I suspect it says something like this:
*Does not necessarily guarantee new fixtures, paint or carpet. Seller is not liable for any tacky old fixtures you may find during walkthrough. Do not use play structure unattended as your child may be electrocuted.

It comes with its own elementary school, that’s an amenity few homes can boast.

I had never seen a listing calling out the excellency of Guadalupe Elementary, but Great Schools gave it a 10 and it hit 951/942 API (base/growth) for its most recent test period.

Another South Bay Snout House with no front door.”Wow! A garage! C’mon ’round the side to get into the house.” Just so you’re sure to know what’s important.
