Is the house also infested with ectoplasmic residue, or is all telekinetic activity confined to the pool? Also for some reason Movoto doesn’t provide the lot size. Per Zillow, it’s 87,120 sq ft, sufficient to snag an acreage tag.

I can tell the dude’s thinking about flat land. The pose gives it away: hand on hip, crossed leg, gazing across the tree tops. Yeah, definitely thinking about flat land.
