Good luck getting any permits in either San Carlos or Belmont. I heard both are a nightmare. Really, the sale should come with the permits.

Beautiful Belmont! Ok, so slightly off topic but Sunday NYTimes cover of Sunday Review – doom and gloom about economy and this bubble. Interesting read….but mostly that when this one pops, they’ll be no buy or bail outs….makes me wonder if we should just bury our cash in the backyard and be rentatrds instead of owners….(sundown in America is title).

You can’t have it all. That’s why it’s so cheap at only $1.9M.

I’ve passed this place many times while on walks with my kids – yet never realized the (deeply) hidden potential!
Seriously? 4500 square feet? And yes #2, getting a permit in Belmont is a major PITA as well.
Today somebody has taken their crazy pills…

Another very clever entry. If you sell any houses as a result of A to Z let me know. It will be another selling point for the April Challenge!

BBQ in the beautiful woods of Belmont! Gotta love the gas BBQ parked within the trees – talk about an easy way to clear your land.

This is a very clever way of selling stuff via AZ!

If my husband wins the lottery, I’m coming to you to buy my dream house / property in San Francisco.

How do we tell all these A-Z Bloggers kind enough to stop by that we don’t sell real estate? We just point and laugh at it?
April 3rd, 2013 at 8:52 am
It would be a start if they could manage to read just one day’s entry… Guess they didn’t read the rules of engagement either. If it continues we could compare their intelligence to that of realtard’s.

I’m not so sure about those who come here from the A-Z Bloggers…

Be courteous towards the curious. Our craziness is compelling and perhaps confusing to the crew of non-Californians…

Don’t crack on the real estaters, folks. After all, it takes Brass Balls to sell the stuff.
