Feel free to use my name repeatedly when you get to R. I’m also really looking forward to April 24, day of the Xtra XXX deal. But what are you going to do after April 26. The whole month of May?

Whoa, did this place really sell for $65k in 2005? It must have been a hinky pseudo-sale because it’s still assessed for $35k. Right???

Crazy. I remember growing up in places like this in the deep suburbs of Sacramento. North Highlands and Citrus Heights to be specific. Total crap housing complexes dependent on government subsidies . Hard to imagine that this type of dwelling could ever be considered desirable for the type of person qualified to purchase it. Although, Campbell is the cat’s meow. FTS.

Great digs. I was born a Campbell. Would that qualify me? Ha. Best regards to you. Ruby
