interesting new listing in Portola valley……. the town is so distracted by the housing bubble that pics of inside the house are now considered optional, even with a 3.15mill asking price.

guess you’ll just have to take the realtard’s word for it when they say (in all caps) "HAND CRAFTED, BEAUTIFUL FINISHED INTERIOR"…….

Does the agent have a problem with adverbs, or should we be impressed that a house built in 1962 is finished inside? Based on the dearth of pictures it must be original in there.

  2. madhaus Says:

I wold assume vintage fixtures and decor with such tells as FIRST TIME ON THE MARKET and METICULOUSLY CARED FOR.

  3. nomadic Says:

Yes, and “THIS HOME IS A WELL LOVED ORIGINAL JEWEL” must have been meant literally. Bunus: we can find out this weekend at the open house!

  4. gallileo Says:

Outdoor pictures are all of the Perimeter, No?

  5. SEA Says:

What do you expect for not a lot of money over $3M?

  6. gallileo Says:

    Good point #5.

$100K surely isn’t worth the extra fifteen minutes it would take the Realtor to walk around inside the house and take a few pictures.

I mean, he would have to avoid any DHOs and maybe sweep a floor.

  7. Divasm Says:

Is the risk that we’d see the pictures and not come to the open house? Because surely once we’re seeing the “one-of-a-kind, antique, vintage” decor in person, we will immediately fall in love with it and offer WAY over asking price?

  8. Richard Lane Says:

I was prepared to peruse at least one primo penis picture, but you prevented me, philistine.

  9. madhaus Says:

Richard Lane, we don’t do that kind of Pr0n. Now if you want an open Pottie, we can Provide.
