Blockbuster in San Mateo

It’s Search Engine Thursday! You know what that means, don’t you? It means we’ve been spending much too much time doing Real Work and completely forgot about this blog. So, no house today. Don’t worry, it was pending anyway.

Recently someone used a Search Engine, which amazingly Did Not Rhyme With Kugel, and typed in the following:

car block driveway which number i should call in san mateo

Here’s what they found out when that Search Engine That Also Does Not Rhyme With Ping sent them here.

Wait, if this driveway had a 4+ car capacity, wouldn’t it being blocked make you want to do more than just call a number? If it were us, we may very well DO a number on that car block driveway.

Speaking of doing numbers, this house last sold for $512,000.  In 2008.  And for $649,000.  In 2005. Looks like that $868K was a wishing price that never, ever came true. Maybe car block driveway open house which number I should overbid in san mateo.

    All,

Get ready for another surge in RBA home prices as Facebook stock surges.

Any respite in the Bay Area market is a buying opportunity. Now is the time to act when the weak are deterred by interest rate worries. Don’t wait until the next Facebook effect takes effect.

LOL, another 10% and the IPO buyers can finally break even! But at least all of those underwater options will finally be worth something.

You know very well the consequences of disregarding my guidance. Don’t be a fool twice.

I don’t know how I made it through life without you, and I didn’t end up living under a bridge.

Good luck with your FB stock.

Sounds like fun, but now it’s the weekend. Time to be mellow again.

I definitely don’t disregard RE’s guidance. It’s very difficult for someone to be wrong so often. “Don’t be a fool twice.”

  9. Real Estater Says:

SEA needs a hint, as usual.

Remember the debate Los Pony Tail had with me regarding refi a while back? Well, he has now officially missed the boat.

We all understand that #9’s ponytail is larger.
