Opportunity in Sunnyvale!

We have a prince of a property for you today. It’s in a great location, it’s not priced at a batshit insane ask like yesterday’s house, and best of all, you can review the listing in about 25 seconds.  Thanks very much to Burbed reader SB for the nomination!

Upcoming Open Houses

Sunday, Aug 11: Open House – 11:00-2:00 pm

Can’t imagine why you’d need to go to an Open House, as the seller obviously has shared everything you need to know about this rear opportunity. However, an aerial photo does a great job demonstrating just what an opportunity awaits in the rear.

Yes, that opportunity comes in the form of a body shop and a tire store, right on El Camino Real, the Street of Kings!  We can also check the Streetview if you wish.

DHO! DHO! Maybe he’s a King too!

At these prices, there is no protecting your rear from opportunities. Watch your back!

#1: Some people are into that.

And buying real estate is a great way to satisfy that kink.

Still, tire disposal is a major hassle, why not just buy this place and throw them over the fence.

I guess it’s a rear opportunity because the valley has so few snout houses. I mean, it’s an architectural anomaly, people! From the rear you wouldn’t notice the giant garage. BUT, given the mini back yard, which is more like a side yard along the back, it would be difficult to get the whole house in frame.

It’s 8/8 today. Couldn’t you find a place with more 8s in the price? I’m feeling lucky and want to spend some money on real estate.

  5. Real Estater Says:

Right now the most overpriced areas are the lower end RBA, such as Sunnyvale and Mountain View. The best values in my opinion are in Los Altos, provided you can swing $2M. For example, something like this is a stunning deal.

  6. Real Estater Says:

Good news! In Cupertino all but 1 home sold over asking in July (that one home is such a loser!). All condos sold over asking.

  7. Real Estater Says:

WTF? 15 homes sold under listing in Los Gatos.

What’s up with your city, Nomadic?

  8. nomadic Says:

We’re greedy and set higher asking prices. Also, I would guess fewer foreigners with suitcases of cash looking for a top-rated school for their snowflake. Down here, I think more of them gravitate to Almaden Valley.

    RBA shrinking.
