Nestled on a spacious lot, this 3 bedroom 2 bath custom home filled with tons of natural light and serenity is just the beginning. In the heart of Midtown and close to all conveniences, transportation and nationally ranked schools, this home is perfect for your family now and into the future.

130822-ramona-familyWendie had something to say about the photo above,

The realtor should be ashamed of himself.  Even the first photo is full of junk on the driveway! I don’t really understand why someone trying to sell a 2M would not even THINK to get a housecleaner to remove the junk in and out of the home before he started taking photos!!!

130822-ramona-kitchenJunk on the driveway? Looks like valuable prizes to us! What could be under those tarps? Buy this house (for a little bit less than $2M) and find out!

And at least they picked up the junk off the kitchen floor. (At least from this angle.)

Let us know what treasures you can find in this listing!

I have this reoccurring waking nightmare where 6,250 Sq. Ft. is referred to as a “Spacious Lot”.

Real estate photography: Either HDR or blur it til it’s a Pollock.

  3. PK Says:

Maybe the junk everywhere is just covering up the pepto-bismol walls? In an era of HGTV watching, we all know that the most important part of a house is the wall color – no way to change it!

The piles of crap are even worse on Google street view. I wouldn’t be surprised if there have been stories written about this hoarder house at paloaltoonline.com (although a quick search found nothing). The neighbors should kick in some of the overbidding to get the new owners in faster. 16 days and STILL not pending!

  5. Sachin SIngh residential project by [removed by evil spam-hating admin] Says:

Project offers 26 storey high rise apartment 2bhk and 3bhk flats in Wadhwa Mumbai.

That’s definitely outside the Real Bay Area. Next time you spam the site, hit us with links to 26 storey high rise apartments in Woodside.

  6. Ireo The Corridors Sector 67A Gurgaon Says:

Ireo the Corridors is stunning mega residential spam post in Sector 67A Comment Extension of Burbedaon. Unfortunately link to same is spanned over an area of 41 acres green area and was abandoned in water hazard. The project is offering 2, 3, and 4 BHK accommodations and Burbed readers will never know about a single one. –ed.
