* Diamond in the rough * Huge Lot * Buyer to verify if the property can be subdivided into 3 lots * With TLC, this house is full of potential

130917-wren-lawnThis house is indeed full of something.  Unfortunately there are no pictures inside so we’re going to have to guess what that is.

Also we’re scratching our heads over how much potential this home is full of, especially with the subdivision suggestion. Maybe it has the potential to have even uglier houses much closer.

If it can be subdivided, probably worth $1.5m. If not, then no. Not a lot of demand for big-lot mansions close to lawrence expressway.

Current assessment is $86k, so I just love that the new buyer will fund local services!

My Dear SiO2: A Santa Clara buyer doesn’t fund local services; in Santa Clara, we fund local corruption!

Buy now before the price goes up again! First hit the market July 25 for $1.286M before going up to the current price on August 2.

Current taxes are $1k/year. I’m gonna go throw up now.
