great investment

Not that we’re going to let you, you know, LOOK IT OVER.

This property isn’t all that big and neither is the lot, but it’s supposedly divided (or could be) into little apartments. Buy this house and set yourself up for life as a future slumlord!

Wow, that’s way overpriced. No investor would buy that, unless he’s a moron, though granted, there are many of those, as evidenced by the amount of housing speculation in the bay area that’s still happening.

This house got me thinking – what can $1.6M buy in another affluent city? I realize it’s nothing is as nice as San Jose, but here are a couple of listings in this price range from Newport, RI, where the New York City money comes to buy mansions.

    Here’s one on the ocean:

Here’s one right near the “downtown”:

But hey, that’s Newport, it’s no San Jose. Your kids won’t have the challenge of going to a crappy school and trying to make a life for themselves without having learned to read, and these houses aren’t fixer-uppers, so you won’t have the satisfaction of fixing your $1.6M house. Ocean views and access are so cliche, the San Jose house is right across from a Salvation Army, that’s much nicer.

This one gets my vote for laziest realtard ever. The crowning glory is the listing pic with the half chopped down tree and traffic cones.

    #1, love this part:
    Rental Income: $5,300
    Net Income: -1141

Not surprising it’s been on the market since 2008. Also note the original asking price on 8/27/13: $1.25M. Raised $400k just three days later! Zestimate is $1M.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why burbed.com exists.

    BAHAHAHAHA

Buy now and be bagholder forevah!
