Why isn’t Redfin showing the property history (pricing, prior sales) anymore? That was one of the best features.

Everything about this house screams “cheap builder grade.”

  2. dollarbin Says:

For some reason the property history can be glitchy on Redfin, but sometimes it comes back if you reload the page.

  3. Angelishique Says:

You have to be logged in to see property history, I think. I remember seeing this one over the summer. I forget the list price but I thought it was over $1M…

Great article! Looks like a really good real estate investing website you have. I’ll have to bookmark it. I teach a course to new real estate investors on how to buy property with nothing down at: Thanks for all the great info!

    That’s a million dollar Mullionsion.

    Prepare for o-o-o-o-overbids!

Maybe there will be some Black Friday sales?

  7. Steve Tyler Says:

According to Zillow this house was listed at $1,099,000 in December 2012.

  8. madhaus Says:

Ulp… Black Friday sales? Knew I forgot something.

  9. Alex Says:

With Bernanke’s FED-injected, turbo-boosted helicopter working overtime, there’s just too much bubblicious cash sloshing around.

I’m seeing many fools becoming house poor again, throwing very penny they have just for the sake of home-debtorship.

This won’t end well. The end is near.

  10. nomadic Says:

The end is near? Janet Yellen is on the way to continue the charade.

So… more than two weeks without a single new post. Here’s a mildly amusing cartoon on how to trade up from a paper clip to a house in 20 steps.

I’ve just removed from my toolbar. It’s a sad, sad day:(

  12. Real Estater Says:

As the site goes down in flames, it’s time to bring closure to one of the formerly debated topics: China’s Ghost Cities

  13. madhaus Says:

Hey, new post tomorrow! Don’t go away sad!

  14. nomadic Says:

    What’s the rush?

  15. Mountain View move-in! [] Says:

[…] the catty comments about no posts in two weeks. We’ll post when and if we feel like it, no matter what websites are on your toolbar. Today’s heralded homestead is from z2amiller and this is a hot, hot property! Why? Because […]

I see this is right by Moorpark avenue. If only they would build an Ankh street there, I could live in Ankh-Moorpark.
