  1. KikiSC Says:

Charming fixer loaded with potential! Buyer to check all possible potential with city and county.

  2. nomadic Says:

Location, location, location! Bring your contractor and your imagination. (Mushrooms may also help.)

  3. nomadic Says:

Oh, scratch that location part… didn’t realize this is in EPA.

  4. dollarbin Says:

Attention investors: EPA has not yet reached previous bubble peak prices, this place sold in 2007 for $599,000.

  5. Real Estater Says:

Minutes to downtown Palo Alto as well as Facebook and Google campuses! Great weather!

  6. Joe Says:

POS close to work prisons (Apple, Google, Facebook) to satisfy superficial SFBA lifestyle! Great weather for your allotment of 3 hours of daylight.

  7. millionburb Says:

CONTRACTOR SPECIAL: ADD A LAYER OF PAINT TO HELP SOMEONE REALIZE THEIR DREAM OF A WHITE PICKET FENCE! Cozy home in original condition leafy neighborhood mature trees 5 minutes to Facebook. Boats parked in the driveway are NOT included. IF YOU FLIP WHEN THE MARKET DOUBLES AGAIN YOU’LL MAKE 1/2 MILLION. BUYER TO VERIFY.

  8. dollarbin Says:

Forget about EPA, Burbed mascot Gables End is now in the Million Dollar Club.

  9. Petsmart groomer Says:

Gables End has been in the $1M club for a few months already: 1935 Newbury sold for $1.1M, $10k more than 1933 Newbury although square footage is the same and asking price was $100k less… In other words, Gables End has been stagnant in 2014.

  10. dollarbin Says:

I let my attention slip for a minute, and now I’ve missed the peak.
