I know this house! Back when I went to school in the ’80s, the upper room to the left of the entrance was occupied by a British guy who sold weed. He used Cockney slang for his work – “Prince of Wales” instead of scale, for example.
Er, or so I heard. From a friend.
This neighborhood is not that great, and as a rental property, not that great either. Who would want this?

    It’s officially entered nonsense territory.

Value is in the land, but the home is a keeper!

Contractor and/or investors don’t care about ‘owning’ the fucking home.
