Why would any real estate professional use the phrase “priced to sell”? How many homes listed for sale are actually priced to not sell? Here’s one in Crockett that says the agent took the trouble to let you know about it so he could collect a commission… unlike every other house on the MLS.

And if you live somewhere that you have to mention your kit was remodeled with permits, you’d better grab it quickly.
