When I used to watch Mr. Roger’s neighborhood as a kid, I used to be disturbed by those fake models that they would pan over before the establishing shot of his house. Recently that’s become a new internet meme/art form – using soft focus to recreate scenes like that. Clearly, the Real Estate professional really admires that art scheme, and chose to use that in this photo.

At the end of the day, the fact that this house has more patios (3) than bedrooms is a clear indicator of the type of potential buyer that will be interested in this house: someone looking for an occasional weekend retreat.

Well of course it’s a privilege and not a right. A right would mean that anyone could buy here – and if that were to happen, it would quickly become cheap and undesirable. Would you really want that? Would you want the Bay Area to be affordable like Northern New Jersey in the suburbs of Manhattan? Of course not!
