Other than the mildly radioactive trees on the grounds, this housing tumor photographed nicely. There is the matter of the $300 homeowner’s association fees, not something one expects with a six million dollar property.

There’s a few more names that pop up as you zoom in, but nothing for the area bounded by Hamilton, Leigh, Curtner, and Meridian. We’re going to go with Cambrian with Campbell-San Jose as a second choice. Maybe even Dry Creek. But Willow Glen? We don’t think so, unless it’s this not-Willow Glen neighborhood called “Willow Glen South Lincoln Glen.” You know, where they have to point out it’s a REG Sale.

This agent is such a defeatist! Of course the city will allow to change the industrial zoning to residential zoning. The only question is, how much will it cost to encourage them to do it?
