Oak, granite, hardwood…. wait, wait, something’s missing. Shoot, I bet the agent had the flip trifecta in the listing copy all along, and another joker figured he could just steel it and stain a reputation.
Yes. That means you could lease some of the space and then your commute to work would literally be seconds. All you’d have to do is build a gate through your back fence.
